Community weekend
Community weekends are a way for the community to grow in an external context. They seek to grow the church on particular issues. The first such occasions date back to the late 1970s, so it is an initiative rooted in time that still arouses, even today, a strong sense of expectation.
A central theme, different from year to year, accompanies the church for all three days, and other activities are linked to it: a walk designed by organizers taking into account the presence of children and the elderly, team games that attempt to make plastic the central theme.
Otherwise, there is no shortage of free time and it is always a valuable opportunity to talk, return to things heard, play with the children and enjoy fraternal fellowship.
The weekend always has a strong echo in the following Sunday's worship, where what was experienced and learned is captured not only in the introduction to the worship, but also by the various testimonies.
